“Social-art” is thriving in West Chicago. Like “social-media” sites, “social-art” groups are changing the landscape and culture of social interaction. They are fulfilling a niche for the creative by bringing like-minded people together to share artistry and camaraderie. Two such groups, the Underground Art club and Knit Night, have found West Chicago’s Gallery 200 a great venue for their regular gatherings.
