Matt Fuesting, an attorney, brings an extensive background of public service to the city he has called home since 2000. His former experience includes working with senior citizens with social security claims and consumer law issues while in private practice. He is a former Assistant State's Attorney for DuPage and Kane County. He has drafted legislation designed to promote public safety. Additionally he has served as the Chairman of the Transportation Task Force, and is currently a member of the Public Safety and Finance Committees and active on the Liquor Commission. “It is a privilege and an honor to serve the citizens of West Chicago. I will use my previous experiences to work with the residents of not only Ward 7, but all the residents in West Chicago.”
