Valentine’s Day Cookie and Cupcake Decorating
Thursday, February 4, 2010 at 7:00 p.m.

Pastry Chef Rose Deneen will demonstrate how to decorate Valentine’s Day cookies and cupcakes with various icings and decorations. Her creations are guaranteed to impress your guests, family, friends and sweetheart! Recipes and samples are included for up to 50 people.



Chinese New Year Cooking Program
Wednesday, Februrary 10, 2010 at 7:00 p.m.

For the Chinese New Year on February 14th, Andrew Comens will be preparing and discussing Dim Sum, Chinese appetizers. He will also demonstrate the preparation of Siu Mai, steamed pork and shrimp dumplings, and water dumplings, boiled beef dumplings. There is a 40 person limit with tasting following the demonstrations.



Are You Managing Your Stress, or is it Managing You?
Healthy You Series

Katherine Walker, founder of Lifetime Behavioral Health, presents our second hands-on, educational workshop for a healthier you. Most people know that stress is harmful, but they may not know how to manage it. In this workshop participants will learn what stress is, how to measure it, what causes stress in daily life, reasons why stress is harmful, how stress is worse today, what stress is unique to women or men, how to protect yourself against stress, and how to develop a personal stress management plan.
